With a Master’s in Organizational Leadership and  a Master’s in Educational Learning, Social Emotional Learning, Character, and Ethics, Syian blends strategic clarity with emotional depth, guiding players beyond the field into lives of purpose, resilience, and empowerment. Each playbook is more than a guide—it is a living vessel designed to activate identity, inspire growth, and seal legacy.

Coach Rebecca brings a rare, dual perspective to the pitch. With years of elite playing experience matched by hundreds of games officiated, she doesn't just teach the game—she teaches the game from the inside out. By helping players master the rules, tactical nuances, and referee psychology, she empowers athletes to stop guessing and start dominating.
